WEEK 4 & 5 : BUSY BUSY BUSY !

  STRENGTHS :  1. The school held a program which celebrates the pupils who had their birthday in June untill October in week 4, so I was assigned to help the organizer of the program to organize the event. 2. I got better at communicating with the other teachers there. I'm not shy or embarassed anymore. 3: A patriotism competition was held during week 5, I got to be in charged for the flow of the event.  WEAKNESSES : 1. One boy in my year 4's class was very rude to me during the lesson on second day of week 4 untill the stage where I cried silently in the toilet, I felt so weak because I couldn't handle my feelings. OPPORTUNITIES :  1. I was assigned to group A for teachers's tasks. And week 5 is my group's turn to be on duty for handling pupils. So I got the opportunity to sit at the gate and scan pupils's QR attendance when pupils arrive to school in the morning. THREATS :  1. WEEK 3 : New week, new chapter!

  STRENGTHS : 1. I learned to get better at preparing my materials following my pupils's interest 2. I got to be involved in the preparation of the school's program which is the " Perasmian Bulan Kemerdekaan " WEAKNESS : 1. I'm very worried that if I will not be able to do well during my practicum because my mentor is very strict  OPPORTUNITY :  1. I created a new trick to make the pupils listen to me when they are being noisy THREATS :  1. There was a few pupils in my year 4 class that are rude to me when I told them to stop being noisy or to do their work

WEEK 2 : BEING CALLED TEACHER???

  STRENGTHS : 1. I think I'm getting better at planning my lesson plans and following my lesson plans properly 2. I'm getting used to the school's environment and the pupils WEAKNESS :  1. It was hard for me getting the year 5's last class for my art subject because I'm not that good at making them listen to me and it was hard for me to control then OPPORTUNITIES : 1. I got to learn on how to control the my year 5 class from their original art teacher 2. I got the opportunity to help my mentor with the pupils's parents on the report card day, which is called " Hari Bertemu Pelanggan " THREATS :  1. I'm not very prepared in terms of preparing the materials for my pupils due to shortness of money  2. Year 5 art pupils seems like they are not really interested to learn how to make the art project

WEEK 1 : THE FIRST WEEK IN SEBATI

    STRENGTHS : 1. First day was great, met the teachers and I wouldk say that I'm good at making friends because the teachers are very friendly with me. 2. I would say that I did a good job at tackling the pupils heart because they got attached to me real quick WEAKNESSES :  1. I was a bit nervous at entering my class for the first time  2.  My first lesson, I did not follow my lesson plan exactly like how I planned it so the first lesson went a bit down the hill OPPOTURNITIES : 1. On the second day of the week, I got to observe how my mentor teaches the class 2. On friday, I get to practice aerobics with the other practicum teachers from other universities  3. I was in charged for check points together with 2 other teachers for the school's cross country program
