WEEK 4 & 5 : BUSY BUSY BUSY !

 STRENGTHS : 

1. The school held a program which celebrates the pupils who had their birthday in June untill October in week 4, so I was assigned to help the organizer of the program to organize the event.

2. I got better at communicating with the other teachers there. I'm not shy or embarassed anymore.

3: A patriotism competition was held during week 5, I got to be in charged for the flow of the event. 

WEAKNESSES :

1. One boy in my year 4's class was very rude to me during the lesson on second day of week 4 untill the stage where I cried silently in the toilet, I felt so weak because I couldn't handle my feelings.

OPPORTUNITIES : 

1. I was assigned to group A for teachers's tasks. And week 5 is my group's turn to be on duty for handling pupils. So I got the opportunity to sit at the gate and scan pupils's QR attendance when pupils arrive to school in the morning.

THREATS : 

1. For week 5, I felt a bit stressed because I sometimes get the task to look after the pupils's behavior at the canteen during recess time and a few of the pupils were being very naughty and not following canteen rules.

2. The stress of handling the year 5 class got worse because they didn't complete their work on time.
